Jill Strawhacker

About Jill
Jill Strawhacker is the director at Adventures Preschool. Jill has been with Adventures Preschool since 2008. Jill graduated from Iowa State University with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Early Childhood Education and has been working with young children and their families for over 30 years. Jill’s family includes her husband Chris and sons Jonah and Cameron. Jonah and Cameron are both Adventures Preschool alumni and graduates of Ames High School. Jill’s hobbies include reading, gardening, kayaking, hiking and visiting the Boundary Waters Canoe Areas of northern Minnesota.

About Jackie
Jackie Webster is an Assistant Teacher at Adventures Preschool. She joined the Adventures Preschool Staff in 2026 and has been working with preschool-aged children since 2024. Jackie is currently attending Des Moines Area Community College where she is working towards her Associate of Science degree. She plans to continue her education at Iowa State University to earn her Bachelor’s Degree. Jackie enjoys helping young children learn, grow, and build confidence in a fun, caring and positive environment. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, taking her two Goldendoodles on walks, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
